General

I have the right to decline your commission request without giving my reasons.

If I accept your commission I will be in contact with you and keep you updated!

I often delete files, so please make sure to save the artwork I send you.

Credit/ownership rights

Any art I make belongs to me, and credit must be given. Do not erase, cover or remove my signature in any way. The same with any designs I sell/resell, please give credit to the artist. Reselling/claiming any art of mine as your own is not legal, and will not be tolerated.

Lineart by me may not be used as a base, unless I have given you permission to do so. If you purchase a sketch/lineart from me, you have the right to fill it in/digitalize it for your own personal use.

Once you have purchased a design from me you have full legal ownership rights and can change the design as much as you want. However, if it’s an original species (closed/semi-open/open) it cannot be changed without permission from the species' admins/mods.

I have the right to use my artwork in my promotions, to post them on any platform, and otherwise use the art in any way I choose. Commissioner has the right to my artwork for personal use only.

I lay no claim to any characters, designs or bases except my own, credit is given where due. Please contact me if you have concerns.

Blacklist

My blacklist is kept private and I will not reveal it to anyone without good reason for respect of persons.

All persons will receive at least one warning and a chance before being blacklisted. Once blacklisted, I will no longer allow that individual to purchase commissions or to purchase designs by me, nor will I request services of them.

What can get you blacklisted?

- Excessive, spam bidding in design auctions
- Continual removing of offers on designs (only offer what you can pay!)
- Multiple prank offers on designs
- Stealing my art/designs
- Purchasing my designs only to resell them for your profit
- Intentionally helping people who have broken my TOS and/or are on my blacklist

However, if you file a chargeback against me through Paypal, force me to pay for a shipped package, or otherwise inflict monetary charges against me, you will receive an instant blacklist.

Holds

I'm willing to do holds for up to one week. Exceptions may be made if discussed beforehand.

The slot or design will be re-opened if you exceed the holding time period.

Cancelling/Refunds

Designs cannot be refunded due to this being a common scamming method.

Full refunds are available before I start a commission.

If you want to cancel after I’ve started a commission I will only refund for the work I haven’t completed. Nearly-fully completed commissions will not be refunded.

If I haven’t completed your commission within a one month time frame you will get a full refund no matter the art’s progress point.

I have the right to cancel a commission at any time, and will give you a full refund if I do.

Changes

Additions and certain changes to commissions may add cost, not agreeing to such may result in me cancelling the commission and refunding you what is owed, if any. I will not make any changes once the commission is finalized.

Deadlines/waiting time

I generally complete commissions within a day up to one month depending on my schedule and the style/complexity of the art. Please be patient.

I don’t accept imposed deadlines on any of my commissions, no matter if you offer a higher price.

Payments

I currently charge by project, not by hour.

All payments must be discussed beforehand. Do NOT make payment without my consent.

Full payment is usually accepted before I begin the commission, but I may be open to payment plans.

Payments made in electronic currency are expected within 2 days of agreed time, payments made with shippable items and/or art are expected within a month’s time frame. Exceptions may be made if discussed beforehand.
